Fast Times

My summer included a number of healthy activities: jogging 3.5 miles most days and biking 10 miles a few times a week; not sitting at a desk all day; eating relatively well. But I'm fatter than I have been in a long time - 180. 20 pounds more than I had gotten down to earlier in the year. 

So I really have to try to eat much less. The plan is to have just coffee with cream, V8 juice, and just some vegetables like avocado, lettuce and tomato.
