First day of 95% fast

So today was the first day of my "fast".
Today that meant 3 or 4 cups of coffee with light cream in the morning and one more cup with half and half during the day. At night I had a few grapes, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, apple pieces and a few bites of pasta.
Last night I went to bed weighing 178 - high for me.
Tonight I go to bed weighing 172.2.
I did use the bathroom often today.
I do not expect to lose 5.8 pounds tomorrow.
